Plum Danes / Jessica Garrett review: great dane so called breeder

So I contacted Jessica Garrett from Plum Danes back in December 4th of 2016. I spoke with her about a Great Dane that she had for sale. She said instead of buying this one that's from a friends litter to wait till she had her own puppies in February, because she had Male Harlequin and possibly a Harlequin would be born from that litter, which I said okay, because I was looking for a Harlequin Great Dane for my husband for Christmas I wanted to surprise him. Fast forward to February 17, 2017, Jessica's female Great Dane went into labor sadly enough one of the puppies were breach and the other four puppies were not able to survive. So all five puppies had passed away which was really sad Jessica gave us the option to either wait for another litter and get a puppy or our money back I said we wanted our monies back she kept trying to push on other Great Danes to us not Harlequin's just ones that she got either from Rescue or something else we told her no. We would like to have our monies back she said she had spent the retainer fees and all the money I have given her and all the money other people giving her on vet bills and feeding which is not the way you do business if you're supposed to be a breeder anyway, I gave her two months to try to get it together to pay us. 2 months came around which would have been April I had to contact her and ask her if by chance she would beable to send us our money she a lot of personal stuff came up and she didn't have the money this went on for several months. I tried to be very sympathetic with her situation but it came down to as of yesterday August 25, 2017, that no more no more excuses I want my money back I want it back now. She said, I can't send your money right now. I finally had to get a lawyer out of North Carolina which was a friend of mine and ask him what we needed to do and he said that if you want to lets take me to court. And I'll be your lawyer. Ok I said. So he, my lawyer, said give her one more chance contact her, let her know that you have legal services and that you're ready to proceed forward. So I contacted her she came up with more excuses that she couldn't pay she couldn't pay. I told her I had a lawyer and I was ready to move forward. I was avised by my lawyer to send out information to other breeders to let them know what type of person she is and to be very careful of pointing people to her way for Great Danes. So I did. A friend of Jessica Garrett's which is one of the Breeders that I sent that information to Destiny Danes, (be careful of this one also, nasty lady), said that I was sending these messages out. All of a sudden she had $1, 000 that she was able to send it to me she said that someone sent her a money's for a Great Dane that's not even born yet. See the picture robbing Peter to pay Paul. Puppies aren't even born yet, but she's spending that money that someone gave to her and giving it to me. Almost sounds like a Ponzi scheme in a way. Huh! During this time before she got the money and these excuses I had sent information to other breeders about what she was doing I sent them messages that she had sent to me over the past few months stating that she was going to pay would not go through her she's not professional I would be very careful of what kind of puppy you're getting and I would be very careful of giving her any money in advance the bad thing is I had to go through legal services to finally get my money back I'm blessed that I'm one fortunate to be able to have had my money back there a lot of people out there that don't even get their money back from these kind of breeders. Towards the end of all this she wanted me to send out to these other breeders I had set up a lot of information to to tell them that I lied that I lied about it all and to tell them I gave back the money right away well the writing was on the wall I sent them messages that she had sent to me through Facebook messaging so I wanted to prove to them that I was not lying that she's the one who is not a reputable breeder I would not go through Jessica Gardner / Plum Danes.
