These fairy non bio pods seem to be a complete disaster. They don’t dissolve properly despite following instructions to put them in under washing load. Also they have now blocked my machine where detergent and softener go so I have had to manually remove all congealed pod which had not dissolved at all. I had it at 40 degrees but it says on packet you can do cool washes. My machine is an extremely efficient Miele
Claimed loss: I would like a full refund for this item
Desired outcome: Also an explanation as I shall not buy this again. I have always used Fairy goods so this is a great disappointment.
