Pleasant Hills Mcdonald’s review: service complaint

Serious disregard for timing /customer
& Dishonor for customers.

Favoritism and extreme attitudes etc

Waited 30 min for our order and at least 26 customers were put ahead of our simple orders

When I asked politely for the manager
She proudly refused to come anywhere near
The distressed customer, this adding to
The distress, blatant disregard and
All communication was denied,
Manager basically said : " she was to busy flipping burgers to be concerned with some Caucasian male customer." in no uncertain terms,

I am asking for complementary replacement meals And some kind of acknowledgement
& respect for my existence .

You need new management there .
I've never filled out a complaint of any kind anywhere in my life ? But this needed to be done .
