I applied and was approved for PLDTHome Fiber Plan 1399 on November 27, 2025. It includes a 100mbps unlimited internet, a landline, and Cignal TV. However, only after the installation (on Nov. 27) did the installer inform us that they "ran out of cignal and landline" and that they "will just follow the missing items tomorrow (Nov. 28). It has been 20 days since, and we are still missing the two other inclusions of our PLDTHome Fiber Plan 1399. I already called PLDT support and filed my complaint with reference numbers. Still, nothing. Surprisingly, their billing came through without a hitch! No delays at all, complete with other charges and exact payment due date.

Country of complaint: Philippines

Claimed loss: 20 days worth of services and counting.

Desired outcome: I would need the missing landline, cignal tv, bill adjustment of 30%, sincere apology, and, overall, a better service from PLDT.
