DO NOT FOR ANY REASON BUY ANYTHING FROM - Player's Choice.
Don't buy anything from this guy. He advertises as new and then sends you some old broken video game system. He will not reply to emails or refund you.
He sold me a video game system as brand new. He sent me some used scratched up broken system. He promises refunds on the website, but he will not reply to emails when you try and return the misrepresented purchase.
Don't for any reason deal with these people they will rip you off everytime guaranteed!.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Why are you people complaining on-line. If this on line store is ripping you off, you need to report him to your state's attorney general including the state in which he is selling. and you can sue him in court. Keep a copy of his advertisement, a copy of your order listing what you ordered, a copy of how you paid in case you go to court and have to prove it. If you have all the paperwork, you will win in court and get your money back if he refuses to refund you. He is false advertising and it's against the law..
Sorry for the problems with the NES. We sent you a few emails explaining how to send the system back for a replacement. Again, sorry for the problems with the NES. When we replace the teeth inside the NES. The games will be a little tight when trying to insert them. The teeth should become more loose once the system is used a few times. David
Ordered a NES & 3 cartridges..NES and 1 game (Super Mario/Duck Hunt) came 2 weeks later...game system was dirty and the game cartridge did not fit inside of NES...screws were also missing from NES system...second game arrived (Ms Pacman)...this game does not fit either... (still waiting on 3rd game to arrive @which will likely NOT fit either)...its going on 3 weeks now) i submitted form, online to advise of defective game system and recieved NO response. I even called the "business #, listed on website to speak with "David", on pprox 3 different occassions and, STILL, no one has called back AT all! The website states 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. ...This is NOT true! Don't get fooled or scammed like I did...they got my $ and I got a dirty, wanna-be refurbished system that doesn't work at all! #wontgetmenexttime #buyerbeware

Ah, I seem I'm not the first person to be ripped off by this guy. Sent me a broken game and then (after months) refused to do anything about it until I return the game (at my expense).

Player's Choice did offer this customer a refund, and they never responded. Don't expect a video game system that came out 20 years ago to be brand new!
