PL IV Legal Auto Protection Plan review: Palmer - [protected]

I was on my way to work I notice a certain number keep calling me, and I finally pickup. Young man on phone tell me he could get me a better price with Endurance he was part of their company and they were going to be in trouble for misrepresenting themselves with their higher down deposit/price and he could give me a better price/same plan. He told me I have 30 days to cancel their plan, he could enroll me today. He asked for a credit to get started. He seemed to know all the info about Endurance, so against my better judgement I gave him my cc info. My radars went up after giving this info, and I told him I had concern and need to check out their credentials and would call him tomorrow to let him know if I wanted to move forward with them. He agreed he would not submit the $50 payment until I approved of their service. Short story long he submitted the within an hour because my bank called me. Called him back upset with this an he assured me he would put it back and he did the next or so. Somehow someone set up a contract and it got worst. They got really disrespectful telling me I would have to send a cancellation letter for something I didn't set up per their contract would cost $75 dollars. When I told them I didn't authorize that payment and to show their error it was put back in my bank account the tone changed a little bit. However, I called several people and they were yelling at me and telling me I signed up and trying to repeat it because it was on recording, I kept telling them no and this was a fraud. At this point they state they would take care of it, however I received texts on my phone/letters telling I owe with a contract. I called PayLink who says they will remove this account, and Legal/Palmer who says it taken care of again. I just want to make sure it is taken care of this company is fraudulent, rude, and disrespectful. I don't know how many other people have been scammed by them. This has been a nightmare and probably has effected my credit. Their being greedy, conning, and rude has caused me al lot of stress because they are trying to force a contract on me in which I am glad I kept my original with Endurance/Auto Assurance. Their contract provided less than half of what they told me and they knew I would find this out so they processed with paperwork against my will, how disgusting.
