This is my 4th time trying to make you aware of your drivers blundered mistake so far nobody has bothered to contact me. Over a week ago I ordered I placed an order I gave the delivery driver $40.00 in cash (my order came to $30.62) when I realized I forgot to get my change back the driver a couple minutes after he left I quickly phoned customer service and explained to them what had happened and they contacted the driver and called me and told me to wait and wait I did. When the driver called and asked if he could drop off my owing change the next day because he was in another area dropping off other orders I agreed and he never showed (can't say i'm surprised) I tried sending emails only to be ignored and blown off I used to love buying from you now i'm not ever doing it again
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

As Melissa complained about a order of 31.24 was made by me. The driver said she didn’t have change for a 40. 4 hours later after calling and the driver not showing up. I drive into the store and the driver was there she said that was was gonna return with the money. I said that was 4 hours ago. She just laughed with a smug look on her face. Pizza 73 complaints department said they would give me a 5 dollars off my next order. That is only good for 6 months. I think ppl should stop ordering from pizza 73. That was in cold lake alberta. So please watch out for delivery drivers like that
