Pixie Nail Spa Group review: Hard selling / rip off

1. Followed them through Instagram, they were a small business back then noticed they have opened a store near my place and then wanted to give myself a new set of nails.

2. Didnt expect leaving the store for $2000. They have asked for $5000 and I told them I did not want it they keep hardselling and ask me to use credit card. Which I do not owned it. Then kept pursuing me to use shopback/atome/grabpaylater etc otherwise very pressuring till I gave in then when transferring ask me to make another $1.6k topup it was a hard no for me.

4. Horrible nail art lol. Super sad spent almost $400 on a terrible art and they trying to praise it as if is nice and cute. It was like [censored]. Dead skin around nails was not cut properly till I have ingrown. My nails will easily ingrown if there’s too much “dead skin” whats the point of paying for the service to cut properly ending up I have to cut myself?

5. Once I asked for Acrylic extensions they said is was not available but when I came back a month then say they have it. But they told me the silicone type was good for my nails-totally [censored] my nails was badly damage from it!

6. Fungal TREATMENT! - I must say the promo was tempting but I resisted! My toes has never have fungal or ingrown at least for years and all these while I was thinking to go for such services as they are professional to help take care and prevent but it seems like everytime I visit there is an “issue” which is really turn off as a customer.

7. Eyebrows - so I have a package I decided to use it since it was my birthday. Another sad [censored].

A. Pricing were way different from website, they said is because the condition / faceshape spent about $800 why? Because in order to enjoy the promotion price I need to top AGAIN I was pissed off why I cant use my balance supposedly I am suppose to be able to use it fine I get those terms and conditions but it feels like whats the point of me paying more in advance and being charge at the original price I dont see any discount etc. I just like a top lol.

B. What they shared to me the photo example and the brows of how it will look like compared to the after result... I felt like is a rip off.. hard time.
