Pixelslogo.com review: Digitizing a logo artwork for print

On 08/04/2022 I paid $150. 00 to Pixelslogo.com, to digitize the logo of the organization I work for. The promise was to deliver the logo in the proper format for printing on merchandise. The person, Jeff Martin, at Pixelslogo.com contacted me after I left a voicemail message on 08/07/2022, regarding the format of our logo not being delivered, via email. Jeff Martin wanted to push to get the logo trademarked. I explained to the gentleman that is they could not produce what was paid for, why should I continue using them. After 1 week, I received the digitized file of our logo. I then asked him to not continue calling me that we were not going with Pixelslogo.com for processing the copyright. Jeff Martin emailed me that Pixelslogo.com owned our logo and that we would have to purchase it back from them before we could use it. This is the most ridiculous statement. Our own employee designed and drew the logo, we have it legally documented that we own the logo. I just wanted to make sure no one else could use it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY A SCAMMERS!
