Pirelli review: Tires

I bought and had mounted a full set of Pirelli P4 all season tires in June of 2020 at a local Discount Tire. With a recent change in Ohio weather, rain in particular, my new tires are just not performing. On wet roads on a start, I get no traction and the tires spin. I have not experienced this ever before. I have also noticed some hydroplaning on highways. I own a Jeep Cherokee. I picked these tires because they are touted as being a four season performer. These tires have not performed, I do not feel safe and are not living up to their advertisement of being a all season tire. The tire store only had a 30 day warranty and I have not had an answer from Pirelli's customer service number. I would like to receive a refund and proceed with a different type of tire.
