Hi I was here in three rivermall by pic a pay to buy food then as I wanted to leave I saw there's hair in the food so I just asked for the manager then as the managers arrives I explain to her and she just said well just take it of from you're bill not even saying sorry or anything if only they could just made us feel better and sort it out nicely no they just didn't care I think its way professional...
