Today I was disrespected by a so-called assistant manager by the name of Kgomotso Mohale. Her service was so appalling, and her stinking negative attitude is written all over her face and her patronizing tone. She lacks manners and customer service experience; she did greet after I had to wait for her for about 7minutes while she is having her tea. Festival Mall branch is the worst because of such human being like Kgomotso. All I wanted was to return the poor-quality white vests for boys. Instead of addressing, her focus was on whether I submitted an online complaint or not. She went on to state that they cannot as the store send comments about the quality of items that are clear that they are damaged, which I found to be condescending and pathetic. She is so incompetent as an assistant manager, Refilwe was much better and professional. She is clearly more aware of her role and how she must carry herself in the store. Being asked by a Pick N' Pay staff why their online store does not have a service to return the items directly to them was shocking, do i work for the company and why should I be asked such ridiculous questions when all I want to do is to return the poor-quality items. The vests have expanded sideways, and the length shrunk, one does not require any specific skills to see that the quality is not as it should be.
