Phoenix Medical Group review: Not giving me my meds

I have been trying to get my meds refilled now for three weeks for some and months for other rx and they continue to tell me they called them in and I get nothing except excuses of why they haven’t gotten to call them in. I am ADHD and aniexty disorder ptsd and major depression they told me three times I’ve had refills that they called them all in when I ask why I’m not getting my ritalin and the excuse was I need to go to a shrink for them I told them I don’t have one can I get a referral this is after a month of them telling me they called them in and didn’t. Then I asked for referral again to shrink I got nothing this is a month after not getting refills then when I went to get my other meds at pharmacy they told me they put a request into dr I had no refills and to get the rotalin and lorazepam I would have to see the dr I said ok and made a appt for a month down the road so I said can he give me one month until I see shrink and they told me they would get back to me and never did still no referral then I went down I’m person as this is the third time I asked for rx and all my meds needed to be refilled now I have no cholesterol no acid reflux and no aniexty or adhd meds plus inhaler and they gave me old medications I don’t take anymore or ointments I don’t use anymore and no pills for anything else. I talked to office manager tried to tell her and she then told me I had to have proof of my adhd and aniexty they would not fill it unless they saw dignoses I needed to get my records to prove it and sign a realease for them I asked when I came here three months ago and you told me you called the rx in why wasn’t I told them and signed a realease for records to be sent to dr I’m confused as what I’m suppose to do to get my meds one day it’s this next it’s something else and also the reviews for this office has many complaints about how the patients never get there meds this is making me have extreme panic attacks without any medication this is down right abuse the office personal wil not let you talk and then laugh and roll there eyes when you walk in. This is crazy I was diagnosed at 5 been on Ritalin since then and now I’m not going to get them is crazy I’m 65 years old and don’t abuse them now I know why people get street drugs because they won’t give you what you need from the dr
