Phinal Phase Landscaping review: Didn't correct the problem

There was a problem with promises and handshakes, to come back and fix the collapse of a walkway and steps. An estimate of $4, 700.00 was given to dig up the pavers and steps and reset it all, and put in a much deeper base. Phinal Phase Landscaping was given the opportunity to respond to me and correct the problem, but as of this date they have not.
