Hi I’m Barbara Yakin. I got an offer from what used to be PHIL Smith Chevrolet in Lauderhill on 14 April. So I went there to see what kind of a deal they had to offer. The sales man I had the young man very nice. He took me on a test drive of a Trailblazer. I really wanted a Chevy Trax. But he said they have none. One of the features I told him that I’m really interested in is the back gate to automatically open. He showed me the key fob you just press the button and it opens and closes hold the button down twice. As we sat there waiting for me to get approval he was very nice he offered me water. I I got the car I got approved it was for the Chevy Trailblazer I was happy. I went off to see the financial man. Big tall man wore necktie had me sit down at the desk he was standing up across the desk from me and he grabbed his crotch. I thought that was very inappropriate. I asked him about gap insurance I told him that they had it with the car insurance Progressive. He said that’s not good. I said well I’d like to get it here then gap insurance. He said well you have to sign all these papers. I said well I’d like to get it here then gap insurance. He said well you have to sign all these papers. He grabbed his crotch again sitting down. He started drinking a big container of liquid. And periodically as I kept signing, this man kept on grabbing his crotch. You know I thought that was very awful. Does he have a medical problem Or is he trying to be making sexual advances. I didn’t know what a lot of things were that I was signing and as I was making questions he kept on telling me to sign here initial here sign here initial there. By the time I got done signing everything and realized he’s not gonna answer no questions I got up and left. The next day Sunday I was worried about the car because it kept on shutting on and off at the stop signs. I called and found out that the sales manager named Terry was there. He was very nice he came out and he explain to me what did that was auto stop. And he didn’t find the car was making any noise. Him and three men were sitting there the store was not quite opened yet. I explain to them how I had lots of questions about my financial papers but the deck guy was very rude and kept on grabbing himself. The one man thought it was funny and started laughing I asked him if it was your wife or your daughter would you think it was funny. So I told him I want to gap insurance because you know I need that I’m afraid if something was to happen. He said there’s another finance man in there that can give me the gap insurance. I asked him what is, Zürich I seen that I was paying for something name. Terry came out and said that Zürich is for two years and it pays for all these little deductibles if anything is wrong with the car. OK a week goes by and a friend of mine said to me did you get your money back for the extended warranty that you had on your first Chevy Trax. That Chevy Trax was also purchased at Phil Smith. I called the only one I knew there who is Terry he said yes you do get back your money. I said thank you. He said though that you have to drive up to Lighthouse Point. OK I called lighthouse point in a man name your early URLY answer the phone and made an appointment with me to come up Monday at 11 AM to lighthouse point so that I could get back a $750 refund from extended car warranty that I never used. OK I drove up to lighthouse point on Monday and when I got there the man said you’re early is not here till 1 o’clock. But he did introduce me to a finance man that worked there. That man just took a copy of what Terry had put on my phone in the paperwork to get me back my $750. Indeed I never had to go all the way up there in the first place. But I did appreciate that Terry did do something to help me. The next day I made a complaint to your complaint center but I’m not sure if it went through. Because I had my friend not told me about that warranty money I would’ve never gotten it. However the nice sales manager told me the car called me and asked me did I get the survey. I don’t know I didn’t get no survey but I said to him you know I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how to open and close the gate by pressing the button twice it’s just not working and I don’t like the auto stop. Tuesday, May 2 I went up there to see him. He came out and grab my key fob and said just press the button and he looked and he said oh this is not the automatic get a tail opener. He said oh I showed you two cars. I guess yes but you know I thought I got the car that had the button to open the tailgate well my friend was with me and him and her convince me that it’s not all that hard to open and close the tailgate. I disagreed with them and I think it’s a very heavy tailgate to close open it’s not bad but close and it is. He showed me the button that stops the auto start. And then he asked to see my phone he wanted to look through all my emails to see if I had gotten the survey that he’s very worried about. I told him I didn’t see no survey. But he said did I show you two cars or did not show you two cars. I said you did show me one that had automatic tailgate he goes yeah. I think I did you know now my question is I’m really wondering if I’m paying the price for the Chevy Trailblazer that has all the features when in fact I really got a Chevy trailblazer that has no features. First off that’s financial man and kept grabbing his crotch is the very rudest thing you can do. I think he should be talked to reprimanded. But not less that he never told me about the refund I could get for my extended warranty since how I bought both there. I want somebody from Chevrolet to look into all this. But not less that he never told me about the refund I could get for my extended warranty since how I bought both cars there the older car that I traded it only had 3000 miles and the new one that I just bought this man just made me sign through everything and end it was very rude just off never offered me a drink kept on drinking and kept on scratching himself. I really think I want somebody from up above that company to look into see. To make sure that I got the right amount of charges that I bought everything the way I’m supposed. I am Barbara Yakin my phone number is [protected] I’d love to hear from you to hear that you did check into all my financial papers and the car that I got did I pay the right amount for the car that doesn’t have nothing automatic on it or did I pay for the car did he showed me that had everything automatic the keyless entry the automatic seats the automatic tailgate I don’t have any of that. I want somebody from Chevrolet above them at the Lauderhill place. To find out have I been treated right by Chevrolet thank you

Desired outcome: I really think I want somebody from up above that company to look into see. To make sure that I got the right amount of charges that I bought everything the way I’m supposed.
