I have been a member of the PHCS health insurance program since December 2021. I have a pacemaker and it is difficult to get good insurance especially since I am self employed. I have paid my monthly premiums on time every month and have received no coverage. I was told there was a 12 month waiting period before they would cover anything to do with my pacemaker. Luckily the first year I didn't have any real issues to use the insurance regarding my pacemaker. But noticed they wouldn't even cover anything at all that I did try to use it for. I have lost so much money with this company. They are always promising and never deliver. Paying almost $600.00 a month and getting no coverage! The last few months I have had to have a stress test, heart cath and trip to the ER. They did not pay a dime. I even called before the tests and they told me those tests were covered. I cancelled my insurance with them in August and was promised they were going to resolve this and pay for some of the medical bills. After a few times of correspondence with a so called manager he no longer will answer my emails and his personal # is a non working # now.

Desired outcome: I would like for these recent medical bills to be looked at and them pay what they said they would pay for. I would like to also have at least a partial refund of my monthly premiums.
