I ordered a free sample and paid the shipping of $4.95 and received the bottle of Acai Berry diet pills. THat was all I ordered and now on 10/26/09 my bank shows a charge of $79.95 for what I do not know. I have received nothing for this charge and did not authorize it. How do I get this straightened out ? I have tried and they say they know nothing about it. Please help me as I live on my Social Security and cannot afford this. Thank you.

Highly upset!

This seems to be a continued thieft to consumers trying to better themselves and being taking advantage of. The exact same thing has happened to us, and I am very upset. Now the Pharmalabs, LLC seem to have discontinued their services. What resolution or advice can anybody provide on how to get our money back. We tried to dispute through our bank and just received notification that it was not a valid dispute. Any advice would be fantastic, and if anybody is wanting to contact a lawyer for a mutli-civil lawsuit let me know. I have a membership with my business that allows me free consultation. Blessings, Angie.

This is a perfect account for the Better Business Bureau. I plan to contact them immediately. This is horrible to take advantage of people and not do what they say they are going to do. I would have at least appreciated them sending me what is paid for. Maybe the reason they have ceased all bussiness operations is that the product they are sucking you into buying accutally SUCKS. I feel I probably won't get my money back but I do get the satisfaction of telling everyone what a disgrace this company is to the world. This is what the world has come to they only way some people know how to make money is to take advantage of people. They will get whats coming to them though, if they haven't already. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company and they will not get anymore of my hard earned money. Thanks for this web site for compaints. At least we can vent and have a little bit of satisfaction. I'm sure they don't even pay attention to this site, but someone does or it wouldn't exist.

AARRGGHH! Wish I'd found this link when I researched the company. Unfortunately, I fell for the same scam beforehand. Their website is now defunct, gone, disappeared. Only the following message appears:

Dear Customers:

Regrettably, due to recent financial restrictions instituted by the major credit card processing companies and changes in the marketplace, PharmaLabs LLC has discontinued the sale of Acai Cleanse and has ceased all business operations.

We wish to thank all of our valued customers for your patronage and convey our deepest apology for any inconvenience this turn of events may cause you.

PharmaLabs LLC

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and hope to have it resolved in my favor.

I was also shammed ... however, much worse! They charged my account but I was told they would refund the money if I returned the product which I did. Still waiting for my $85. - phone number disconnected and e-mails get kicked back. Google the company and this is what you get from the web site:

"regretably, due to recent financial restrictions instituted by the major credit processing companies and changes in the marketplace, PharmaLabs LLC has discontinued the sale of Acai Cleanse and has ceased all business operations.

We wish to thank all of our valued customers for your patronage and convey our deepest apology for any inconvenience this turn of evans may cause you"

NOW WHAT DO WE DO?! I refused my package and have documentation so will get in touch with the USPS Postal Inspectors.

Thank you Rachael Ray for your endorsement! I have lost $84 for a product I do not have and merely ordered the sample because of your glowing comments about it. You should be ashamed of yourself and we should all deluge her site with complaints!

I have been trying various phone numbers for them and cannot get through to a person and when I push the #2 option to inquire about why there are charges to my CC, It disconnests me. I am so frustrated and agry about this scam. Anyone successfully get through to a person and if so, what is the number you used?

I was just charged for the 2nd time for this product and did not know I was receiving it again. I had ordered a similar product from a different company so when I received it that's what I thought it was. I do not have the receipt. Can anyone tell me an address I can send this back to and if they would refund my money?

Very disappointing/misleading and on top of that they require you to return the product before anything can be done. Call the number provided with the charge on your account. They will email you a return confirmation that should be included with the product. When you return the product, they are slow in returning your money. In fact, they email you a return confirmation stating that your account will be credited in 10 business days and then when it is not and you follow up, they tell you that they are mailing a check which will take another 12 business days, stating that they closed the merchant account. Buyers Beware! Their Customer Support is much to be desired.

The Colon Cleanse refunded my money within one day's time since I do not receive the product when they decided to charge me.

Also when I ordered, Rachel Ray's name was used, whom I have much respect for. I hope she stops this company from using her name. Everyone affected by this should report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I, also, fell for this scam. I have been billed an additional $79.95 plus a .36 charge for what? I don't know. This and the ColoCure scam make me want to never order anything else over the Internet. How disappointing!

I agree completely with the above complaints. I did not read the terms and conditions as well, but they are obviously designed to deceive the public into the trial. I ordered my trial product on or about 12/10/09. It was ordered along with another product to be used in conjunction with it. I still have notm received the other product, and have been waiting to use the Acai Cleanse until it arrived. Now, several weeks later, my credit card statement shows the extra $79.95 charge. Pharmalabs will be receiving a call tomorrow, and I don't anticipate it going well, at which point I will probably get quite unfriendly. This isn't over yet.

i agree with anyone who thinks this company misleads. at the bottom of the page of the ad is where they keep the terms and conditions where all information is at. but with such a big ad saying free, no-one goes any further down. they sucker people in that way.call the company and complaining does no good, they say read the terms and conditions.these companies do not care who they sucker, but it is up to us consumers to read all info and report any misleading ads to anyone else who wants the product

I agree with all the comments above. How do we get our money back and/or return the product of which I have not opened?

I ordered the free bottle of Acai Cleanse and agreed to pay the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. I placed this order on 11/16/09, in which your advertisement stated that this day was the last day to get the bottle for free. To my dismay on 12/1/09, your company charged my ATM card $86.55. I did not want to join any membership for this product. I only wanted to try it because it was advertised to be a free sample. I'm very unsatisfied with the way you do business. Please refund my card that I'm sure you must have on file. I will wait 5 business days before I file a complaint against your company with the Better Business Bureau.

when they send the product out, they should also include info regarding this with the product. more would probably read that than the long agreement online. when we get the prduct they dont include any information with it, just the bottle. when you get your prescibtions, the pharmasit gives you a print out about the drug you are taking for any questions you may have. i feel this is very dishonest to the consumer. as a lab place they should know this and would want us to know all that we can about the product. sometimes it is hard to talk over the phone with concerns you may have with the reps. i dont think they really know alot about the product. very misleading
