LBC Express - poor service

Such a poor poor service from LBC as a whole! Don't call your company as LBC Express if this is not a real Express Service! I bought a package sent through last Wednesday thinking it will be here in Cebu on Saturday/Sunday at most. I need it for an event Sunday night! I will never send anything using your service! Your staff are not helpful as well. Instead of pacifying us customers, the guy there got angry at me for asking what happened on my parcel. Tsk tsk. Never again LBC, never again!
