Pets Unlimited (charge shows up as SP*My Pets Unlimidover Deus) review: Company is a complete scam

I placed an order on this website (https://petsunlimitedonline.com/) on September 9th. I have a record of my debit card being charged on that date. I reached out via their email address (and only contact avenue) a week or two later because I had not received an order confirmation email, or any updates. I received a response that said they would respond fully in 24-72 hours. I have since emailed multiple times and still haven't received a response, or any order confirmation. I have found that there are many complaints about this company and people never getting their orders. This company needs to be shut down and sued. This is completely unacceptable. I've also seen ads for this company on both Instagram and Facebook. I'm attaching the charge to my bank account, together with the ONLY email correspondence I have had with them where they have actually responded.
