Petro 710 Company review: We provide packaging for this company, but they are maliciously evading their debts and refusing to pay for the goods.

We are Guangzhou Yobo Glassware Co., Ltd in China. We are writing this letter to report the misconduct of Petro 710 Company, situated at Suite 710 14402 Prairie St Detroit, MI 48238, which constitutes a serious breach of the contract entered into with us and a violation of relevant laws and business practices.

Between April 2022 and November 2022, my company issued four proforma invoices to Petro 710 Company, stipulating the sale of multiple batches of paper boxes and glass bottles with various specifications from China to America. My company has timely delivered the agreed-upon Goods to Petro 710 Company. However, regrettably, Petro 710 Company has failed to fulfill its payment obligations. To date, they still owe USD 222,139 to my company.

Currently, Petro 710 Company, along with their executives Steve Gatie, Jason Tueni, Heather Gatie, and others, are all refusing to communicate with us, deliberately avoiding payment of our dues. We have always believed that American businesses operate with integrity, but this experience has left me shocked and deeply disappointed. Both I and other local exporting enterprises feel profoundly let down by this turn of events.

We possess real, sufficient and valid evidence to prove that Petro 710 Company not only violated the agreement, but also violated the relevant legal provisions, and its actions should be known by the relevant authorities or business associations.

I am writing this report to draw other companies' attention and exposing their dishonest and fraudulent behavior to the public. This company is still in operation, but their senior management refuses to communicate with us and is maliciously evading debts. Our company is facing bankruptcy because of this situation. We hope you refuse to cooperate with them to prevent being deceived.
