I recently had an experience with Petallush, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory encounter with their customer service team. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that three of the five items I had ordered were much larger than I had expected. As someone who typically orders small or medium sizes, receiving items that were substantially larger was a disappointment.

When I reached out to their customer service team, I was greeted by J, who informed me that the size guide for each item was on their website. I was surprised by this response, as I had already reviewed the size guide prior to placing my order, yet the items were still much larger than expected. Furthermore, J's tone and demeanor made me feel as if I had made a mistake and was at fault for the sizing discrepancy.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my intention to return the items, J made a condescending remark by saying, "if you INSIST on returning the items". This caused me to feel frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I had reviewed the return policy prior to placing my order and had every intention of returning items that did not fit properly. Why would I keep items that did not fit or were not the size I expected them to be?

Overall, my experience with Petallush's customer service team was disappointing. As a customer who was excited about trying their products, I was left feeling undervalued and underappreciated. While Petallush's products may be of good quality, their customer service needs improvement.

We caution others against falling for their cheap prices and promise of fashion, as it's not worth it if you end up throwing your money away. As a disappointed customer, I would like to share my experience with Petallush, an online clothing store I recently made a purchase from. Before delving in, let me state that I spent over $300 with Petallush, which should give you an idea of how invested I was in their products. However, my experience was far from pleasant.

Firstly, I encountered issues with their discount codes. Although their site promised free shipping, the codes never worked, and as a result, I had to pay $10 for shipping. I was already willing to let that slide, hoping that it would be the only hiccup in my shopping journey, but unfortunately, there was more.

I ordered a blouse that didn't fit me. Hence, I reached out to customer service, and they informed me that I would need to return the item to get a larger size. Here comes the frustrating part; I had to pay $5.50 to ship the blouse back to them with a tracking number. Subsequently, I had to pay another $10 for them to send me the new item. I ended up paying $25.90 for the blouse, $5.50 to send it back, and $10 for a new one, totalling $41.40. I was taken aback by the shipping fees as they were significantly higher than the ones I paid for my return. I spent a total of $25.50 in fees while Petallush received over $300 from me. This additional 8% fee for me was quite discouraging and frustrating.

I expected better from Petallush as I have experienced more excellent customer service with American stores for such orders. Free shipping and returns are quite customary in the United States for online stores, but not with Petallush. I was left disappointed and question whether patronizing their business again is worth it when I can spend the same amount on clothing in the United States and have the guarantee of free and effortless returns. All in all, my experience with Petallush was far from satisfactory, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
