Performance Lexus review: 10,000-mile full service performed at 4;503 at Performance Lexus Jan 2[ 2021

I took my 2020 Lexus RX 350 into Performance Lexus in Cincinnati Ohio for the complimentary 5,000-mile service instead my vehicle was given a 10,000-mile full service at 4,503 miles, I took my car back to the selling dealership Performance Lexus RiverCenter in Covington Kentucky on May 20, 2021 and was provided the light 5,000-mile complimentary service at 5.065 odometer reading. My compliant and frustration is why were the services done in reverse order. The semi clean oil was changed with approximately 562 miles. Now my vehicle has approximately 11,500 miles on the odometer and is receiving a service required alert message looking for the 10;000-mile service. The cost for the 10.000 mile required service is approximately $295.00. I should not be asked to pay now for a service Lexus promised during my initial purchase.
