Performance Health USA receiving the product without asking for it, then being billed for it.

I only remember opening an email to see what the product was about. next thing I know I am receiving a bottle of the product with no info attached. I did not open the bag waiting to see if a bill was coming, then soon another bottle with no info again. I received about 3 bottles which were still not open until I got some info. soon after I noticed that I had a strange unauthorized debit from my account, and within a month another unathorized debit. these bottles were returned refused the very next day. I also try reaching the company once I got a telephone for 4 days and that was mission impossible! I just want my money refunded back into my account and for them to stop sending those expensive pills!

Performance Health USA Misguided information!

After receiving my sample "green tea" pills I tried to cancel my order within the ten days grace period. I was not able to cancel. Days later I discovered that I had been charged $79.95 for the month supply that I had not received yet. Since then, I have returned the sample "green tea" pills and the month supply of the pills. I returned both products on March 8th received confirmation on March 10th that the products had been delivered. My account has not been credited and I have no way to contact these people. Please help me. I want my money back. This was nothing but a rip-off. I did not know about the $79.95 charge until after I received the month supply bottle.

I clicked on a google banner and was directed to a site that sold me a sample of their pure Acai Berry which turned out to be pure junk that made me sick. They stated billing my credit card for several expensive bottles and magazines which I did not authorize and I had to file a complaint. They even tried to send forged documents to fool my credit card company. These people belong in jail!

Ihave now received 2 orders of hoodia caps that I did not order and which contain vit b6 and vit b12 which could be dangerous for people who do not have anemia. I called my bank, but they can't do anything until I contact the site which no longer exists. I was re-directed to performance health technologies who gave me a number, but I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a response .

Received package from above-noted company which was unsolicited to the best of my knowledge. I did not order anything. I "Return to Sender" unopened. The only other identifier on the package was FCM. I have no idea what this relates to.

I checked with Discover to se if a charge was made and it was not.

I originally signed up to try this product after seeing a tv talk show in August 2008. (Oprah show) Email, However I canceled this after being billed for the trial ($5.87) +a full size ($74.76) ( not ordered!) . However my cancellation was evidently ignored plus all the telephone calls with no replies. So I have since been billed $5.87 ++$74.76 again On my Oct. bill. I have been on the phone for three months with my credit card company . They have also tried to get through. However today (11/3/08) I n-made a call to the company and was told of this site. I sure would like to have a reply.!I am returning the rest of the order today! Kathy Ayers 700 Knollwood Dr. Troutville, Va. 24175

charge for it on my debit card $79.76 which sent my checking into overdraft causing me a SH-- load of fee. I have returnded the product by UPS at a cost
of $5.55. Was told that I would get a refund and I'm still waiting. It has been 2 weeks so far and have not got a CENT.

I ordered a "free" sample, supposedly with no strings attached except a small shipping fee. The next two months I received additional bottles of 60 each without my authorizing them. They did not list a phone number or a web site on their information that came with the shipments for me to call and inquire, and no phone number showed on my credit card bill. Through a web search and a long wait and being shuffled around I finally reached a live person and he said he cancelled my shipments. I will see. If they are not acting illegally, they at the least are acting unprofessionally. I think it should be illegal to charge for unauthorized shipments.

To whom it may concern,

I' have made multiple phone calls to your company requesting my order be cancelled yet my credit card is still being charged on a monthy basis. This is my last request to have my order cancelled, after this point I will be forced to have my credit card company block any transaction inudiving your company. Please contact me as soon as this matter is resolved, which should be within the next 48 hrs.

Performance Health USA Green tea ripoff!

This product was advertised as seen on Oprah -- 3.95 for s/h and you can cancel at any time. However, they are charging you $79.95 for 60 bills (30 day supply) and there is no phone number to call to cancel this.

Performance Health USA Sent product without permission!

When I was offered the free trial, I was told in no uncertain terms that only the shipping charges of 3.98 would be charged. I told them I didn't want them to send me anything unless and until I told them to. I was given assurances that that wouldn't happen. I got the free trial sample of 10 capsules and today I got a shipment of a whole bottle of 60 capsules which I am sure will show up on my credit card statement next month. Trying to find their website is an adventure. Calling the number on my credit card statement results in those frustrating busy signals. These people should not be allowed to practice business in this country. There are numerous complaints about this company on a website. How can a consumer get out of this nightmare?

I did receive a temporary credit on my card. Initially it wasn't credited, but after I was charged another $5.95, I called my card company and they took care of it. I received a letter from my card company Saturday and they want me to fax them documentation that would back up my claim. I am faxing it tomorrow. I hope this is the end of this fiasco!
I strongly suggest everyone contacts the BBB in Utah.

I did not authorized performance Health USA, LLC to send a monthly order of ResVPro. After samples were sent I did received a full shipment which i did not authorize. I e-mail and called the 1 800# to stopped shipment and charging my credit card. The monthly shipment is continuing as of May 2009. I will notified my bank to not to pay for any future shipments.

I ordered a sample bottle of ResVPure, agreeing to pay only the cost of postage which was $3.58. I received the free sample of 5 capsules. Five days later, to my shock I received in the mail 60 capsules which I had not ordered but which were charged to my credit card account without my authorization in the amount of $85.26. This is a SCAM perpetrated by Performance Health USA, LLC, P. O. Box 971270, Orem, UT [protected]. In order to cancel this unauthorized delivery plan and fraudulent charges to my credit card, I called this number [protected] and was given an MRA number (Material Authorization Number) which must be placed on the outside of the package returning the unopened bottle of 60 capsules; if the MRA number is not on the outside of the return package, Performance Health will not accept its return and will not refund you your money. The person I talked to at Performance Health gave me the MRA number and told me that my account would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund for the $85.26 or have this amount removed from my credit card account. I called my credit card company to tell them the circumstances of this fraudulent action by Performance Health and the credit card representative told me that if this unauthorized charge is not removed by the next statement I receive, I should get back in touch with my credit card company. I am reporting this scam to the Better Business Bureau and to the Post Office and trust that they will be put out of business before they snare any more innocent, unsuspecting fools like me.

THIS IS THE KIND OF CRAP I DON'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH, BUT HAVE TO MAKE THE TIME. AFTER I FIRST ORDERED THE 'TRIAL OFFER, ' I RECEIVED A COUPLE OF AUTOMATED PHONE CALLS FROM MY BANK ASKING IF I AUTHORIZED THE 3.95 AND 5.95 CHARGES ON MY CARD. THAT WAS ODD. TWO DAYS LATER AN $85.29 CHARGE APPEARED ON MY STATEMENT. I WAS FURIOUS AND CALLED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THE SAME GUY ANSWERED EACH TIME. THE FIRST TIME I TOLD HIM I WAS FURIOUS I WAS CHARGED AN OUTRAGEOUS FEE W/O MY CONSENT. HE APOLOGIZED AND TOLD ME THAT WHEN IT ARRIVED, I WAS TO MAIL BACK THE BOTTLE (THAT I DID NOT ORDER). THE ADDRESS I WAS GIVEN ON THE PHONE WAS THE SAME AS ON THE PACKAGING SO I RETURNED TO SENDER. A WEEK LATER I CALLED THE SECOND TIME AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT BACK YET. I TOLD HIM I SENT THE PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL FRIDAY, YESTERDAY, MAY 8, 2009. I CALLED FOR THE THIRD TIME AND HE SAID THEY STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED IT. HE DID, IN FACT, GO TO THE DEPARTMENT AND LOOK THROUGH A FEW OF THEM AND DIDN'T SEE MINE. I WAS BECOMING IRATE AND HE THEN SAID IF YOU DIDN'T SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL THEN I AM OUT OF LUCK. CLICK, HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I'M SO NOT THROUGH WITH THEM YET!

Like everyone else I was scammed and when I went to report it to my bank we came across this site, I have been trying to fight them for two months including changing my credit card number. Like many I was sent an email for a free bottle in July, then 2 months later I recieve a bottle out of the blue with no statements of any kind. In fact they have never sent me any kind of statement and when I went to the post office to determine when the stuff was sent they asked me to contact the post office general because the codes on the package are bogus. The most frustrating thing is that my own bank took their side instead of investigating anything I submitted. The one bottle they recieved back they said was over the 10 days so they would not credit that one either in spit of the fact that they kept the product and it was returned on the day I recieved it. Further more if you try to find a date when it was sent there is none. I now find myself in the position of legal action, maybe we need to all get together for a class action suite against this bogus company?

I ordered the sample Green Tea pills for appox. $3.95. After the order was placed I received an email confirmation where it stated I would be charged. No where when ordering was there an accepted statement saying I would be charged on a regular basis for $79.95. Immediately, I emailed the company stating I did not ask for a monthly supply and to stop the process. My account was billed anyway. I received an email after speaking with the company on the process of returning the pills once they arrive (see below).

I JUST EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING. I ORDERED A SAMPLE BOTTLE, 4 DAYS LATER THER WAS A CHARGE OF $ 79.99. FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DON'T KNOW, YOU CAN CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE A DISPUTE AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR THE SECOND CHARGE. PLEASE ! PLEASE ! DO NOT OPEN THE SECOND BOTTLE AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT BOTTLE. THE FIRST BOTTLE IS A TRIAL, THE SECOND ONE IS FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. THERE CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE, YES A JOKE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THAT DARE TO ENTER THE DEN OF DARKNESS
