Charge for a service I never had done
I went in for a procedure and they waited until I was numb to inform me that the prices were incorrect and was informed that it was going to cost several thousand dollars more. I told them that I did not want to have it done and now I am being charged almost 900 dollars for dentures that perfect teeth still have.
Beware, dishonest
I have had many bad experieinces with this office: The first time I sheduled to have my teeth cleaned, I had to have the X-rays taken and then reschedule for cleaning. I had a tooth cavity become abscessed and it eventually infected me with cellulitis and I wound up in the hospital for three days. I continually informed the dentist and endodontist from Perfect Teeth that my condition was getting worst daily even with the antibiotics that were prescribed and they ignored my complaints until I eventually got in to see them for a root canal and they immediately sent me to the hospital. After leaving the hospital with a catheter in my arm to my heart for intravenous antibiotics I spent three weeks in bed. I lost income and inccured enormous medical bills. No dental office should have ignored my cries for help to the point of sending me off for medical emergency. Perfect Teeth denies any wrongful treatment and I have not been able to obtain any retribution.
