After buying this card I tried to use it and, while it had been activated, the activity record shows it had been use at a store the same day I did buy it. You will see this if you look at the report but if you need me to send that to u, I will print it and send it! I have taken screen shots of all of the receipts, and the actual card! The activity recordshows that a purchase was made by the person who copied this card's id number at element colors electro, on march 31st 2022, the date it was bought but not by me! The client number with mastercard was [protected] and a $50. Purchase appears on that day'activity sheet! I hope this additionnal information will help in a refund of this money. this is my second complaint about $50. Vanilla prepaid cards. This week i bought yet another card $50. and there was $0.16 balance when i needed to use it. Im sending you copies of all receipts and of the card itself and i hope you can help!
