This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I ordered vertical blinds in late November '23. The design consultant, Mr. Berryhill gave preliminary info and took the order; he advised the order would be processed in California and delivered after processed. As time passed at one point, I emailed 3 Day Blinds and received a response from Ms. Perez who helped in getting someone from the installers to call me to schedule an appointment. Austen Reyes came out to measure. After a few weeks, Kent came to install the blinds.

The blinds were finally installed on 1/11/24. After a couple of days, I opened one set only to find the vanes would not close. Possibly the clips that attach the vanes to the headrail are either defective or installed incorrectly.

I called the installer, Penrod Installations, and also called the 4 numbers listed on the 3 Day Blinds site. I couldn't access the link for the email address, and calls to 3 of the phone numbers were unanswered. One number said the site was down for maintenance.

I have called the installer once or twice per day and left messages - even stating that I would call the BBB. They supposedly have a website but there is little info there, no ratings, no reviews, or anything.

In assessing your site today, the"chat" suggested that I check to see the problem myself and transferred me to a link to a company where I'd have to pay $8 for them to answer a question. Really?

Claimed loss: Loss of privacy as blinds cannot be shut. These are to be darkening blinds-which they seem to be but I'm not getting the benefit of sleeping in a darkened room to benefit my eyesight as recommended by my ophthalmologist.

Desired outcome: Have the blinds replaced and whatever fixtures are necessary for a sustainable product. As suggested by the "chat" being over 80 years old, I will not climb on a step ladder to see what's going on and fix it myself.
