Pennymac Loan Services review: Cant get them on phone

I was hospitalized for brain surgery and a subsequent accident and missed two payments. Pennymac cut my ability to pay online, and said I must call them to make payments. But they do not answer, instead I spend a half hour pushing number this or that, and blaring advertisements, then it hangs up. When I called back, I was two more further back in the que…after three attempts, I gave up and sent them a message to call me. Today they called at seven PM and said they wanted to discuss the status of my loan, and left a message to call between 6 AM and 6 PM! I honestly hate this company for their indifference to service. They are now causing me to go further behind and ruining my credit rating! They should be required by law to answer the phone if they require you to pay by phone. I can not sit for hours waiting for a representative to answer. I work in an active and noisy place and cant call during work hours for this nonsense.
