Penchecks Trust Company reached out to informing me that a former employer had taken my 401K and switched it into a IRA without any attempt at reaching out to me. When I called Penchecks they wanted me to send them my social security card, marriage licnese, DL front and back via non secure means via email, or snail mail. I said that I wouldn't and they refuse to do anything to help. No portal to securly upload documents to. Their own 5498 form says that they have an online option but doesn't work for me. and employee is rude.

Desired outcome: I want to receive my 401K that was taken and placed into this bogus IRA company that doesn't have a secure way to upload documents with 256 bit encryption. I want to be able to update my maiden name and get deposited into a new
