Peak Residential, Inc. is a really good company to work with. They are very profeshional and attentive to our needs. We moved in June because the owner passed away and the property was put in trust. It was a sad situation, but Peak Residential made the transition smooth and easy for us. We didn't want to leave because they were so great!

If I ever owned a home in California, I would definitely choose Peak Residential to manage it. They are action orientated and get things done. The team at Peak Residential is amazing and we are grateful for their help. Thank you, Peak Team!

No availability updatess, no check-ins or confirmations about runing credit checks. Limited selection of properties make this a risky business to deal with. I applied to a bunch of places 'cause they were all rented out, ya know? But when I filled out the applications, they never told me if somethin' was missin' or gave me any help. I called 'em up, sent 'em emails, but they just straight up ignored me. Finally, I got a letter sayin' they denied my application after all that waitin'. The managers took my message but didn't do squat to help. They said I'd get my application fee refunded, but then yesterday they told me they don't do refunds. One of the managers even lied to me and said I could get a refund, which was a total lie. Supposedly, they're a realty company that helps low-income families, but it's the complete opposite. They don't help at all. I feel like they discriminated against me.

This company took 4 weeks to tell me and my husband if they accepted our application for a place. Finally, we got an email and text saying they accepted us and we had to give them a cashier's check in 24 hours to get the property. They didn't give us a move-in date or a lease to look at. I emailed twice and left a voicemail on the same day asking about the move-in date, the lease, and how to give them the check. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard back. They just disappeared. Then we found a bunch of bad reviews on *** including someone saying they wouldn't give them an air conditioner in the summer in ***. So unprofessional and not reliable.

I went threw they're process of being qualified for a rental. It took about a week for a response. Wen someone is looking for a place, time is a factor, which whether or not the company has enough personnel to help you in a timely matter should not be the customers problem. No returned calls to your concerns is an issue with this company. Adding requirements at the last minute is a problem with this company. False advertisement is a problem. The advertisement for the place they finally CHOSE us for A/C, fireplace, dishwasher, nice backyard, etc; the place, out of all of their beautiful homes with pictures, this one had NO pictures ( first mistake) When we went to see it, it looked like a nightmare, but Im thinking they're going to repair it, but no, they asked if we wanted to back out of the deal or postponed moving, mind you we've already waited almost a month and I was told that by August 15th, I would have to apply all over again, so I felt trapped and decided we'd move in and trusted it would be repaired. This is month two, we had no A/C during the horribly hot days in sacramento, *** degrees. The dishwasher is torn up and does not work, the floor in the kitchen had holes in it, they repaired it temporarily. The kitchen sink is broken and moldy. The kitchen cabinets are so nasty, it will take weeks to clean them properly. We have to wait for the owner of the property okays these repairs. But why, they knew this property was trash before they rented it to us. Why wait until clients rent it? I've never ever heard of such nonsense. They had the option to turn the owner down because of all the work it needed, but instead were paying over $1900 a month for a trashy, uncomfortable DUMP. I'm mainly writing to make people aware of this company. I'm not sure if its racial or not, but I have my opinion. I get no calls back to my questions. I feel like they just think we will pay rent and shut up. If anyone at that office says i have been kept advised. They lie.
