Peak Living Group review: Complaint

My mother lives at Churchhill Place Senior apts in LaPorte, Texas and has been owned by Peak Living out of Utah since 2019. We were informed this week that the complex was sold to Elizabeth Property Group. I’ve been trying via email and phone to contact this group but the email is kicked back and the phone number given gets answered, you hear a lot of voices in the background and then disconnected. The company address given is at 6650 LBJ Frwy Ste 630 in Dallas but the address shows 2 other companies listed there. When you try to email one of the other companies per the website, it also gets kicked back. Could somebody please tell me what is going on! I’m only interested is the safety and well-being of my mother and her numerous friends in the complex.
