Pottery Barn (PBteen) refuses to replace a Factory 2nd duvet cover. Purchased in January, but recently went to wash duvet cover for the first time. Found two large orange marker (1.5-2"marks) X spots which mark a fabric flaw of about 9-10" in length on the INSIDE of the duvet cover, but bleeding through to the outside. The duvet cover is a busy pattern, which is why I didn't find this until I washed it. Multiple emails to PBteen later, along with pictures to show the flaws, they refuse to offer anything but a small discount on a new one. Each email is answered by a different rep, so my emails are just "bouncing around" in the system. There is no question that this product should not have been sold (at full price!), being a Factory 2nd fabric with clear marks of issues in the fabric.
