I had been a paying customer for years and decided to cancel my subscription because I was no longer selling many eBooks and found a service much cheaper. When I cancelled I got an email saying they downgraded my plan to a free account so I went back on their website to check it out.

When I got there I found that the plan I was paying $50 a month for was $19.95. After a internet search I found out that they have been charging people $14.95-$19.95 for the same service that I was paying $50/month for.

I asked why they didn't tell me and Shannon went off. The first words I received back were "No. You're wrong." Then tried to tell me my plan was cheaper because of some transaction fees (but I'm only selling a few small eBooks, $4.99 each). When I asked how the math worked on that I got another nasty reply. Before writing this I asked to work out the issue but instead she blocked me from their site and will not give any explanation.

There are a lot of companies that will work just fine for digital downloads, which is what I needed this service for. Shannon - who runs the company - seems to despise customer service and loves to be nasty and rude. She threatened me with reporting me to the credit bureaus because I tried to get part of my money back through Paypal. This company is one of the worst. Do business with them and when you need help you won't find a phone number or address anywhere. All you have is CEO Shannon to deal with. She's the best example of what not to say to your customers. Eventually she'll lose the business because other companies do the same thing for less and care about customers. Especially someone who has been a customer for many years.

All this could have been avoided by two simple words, "I'm sorry"...which for some reason was impossible to say. I'm not the only one who they have cheated, look around and you'll see.

PayLoadz is a 100% scam. I googled “affiliate websites” and stumbled upon this one, registered, I did not enter any data or any of my PayPal info and yesterday – bank calls me. My VISA card is blocked by the bank. This scam company tried charging me hundreds of dollars around 10 times! Didn’t succeed because I keep my card zeroed and funds into my savings account. That saved me, but now I have to get a new card, go to the bank, link a new card to my PayPal… a lot of problems. A whole lot of them! Those people got my passwords somehow and not to mention – lot of my passwords don’t even work. Hacked! Those scammers need to get checked and arrested, NOW!

I set up with PayLoadz a couple of weeks ago, as it seemed a good way to be able to sell music downloads. Everywhere I googled said free, but if you sell a lot (more than $50), then you have a premium account which costs $19.95/month. I decided to give it a go. I wasn't expecting to sell much, so losing 20% of my fee seemed like an OK deal. I set up my first track and tested it by sending it to myself (as it suggests in the FAQ). No sooner had my 'order' arrived than my Paypal account was debited with $19.95. I immediately lodged a complaint with Paypal who said they would investigate, which is what I expected them to do. I then got in touch with PayLoadz who said that I shouldn't have gone straight to Paypal and they would have to wait until Paypal did their investigations. However, they did help by closing my account with them, so I couldn't use the monthly subscription that I actually paid for, even if I wanted to. Sure enough Paypal came back a couple of days later and said there wasn't anything fraudulent, since I had agreed to Payloadz taking the money when applicable.
Fair enough, couldn't argue with that, so back to PayLoadz to tell them Paypal had reached a conclusion, and could I be refunded. No response. Tried again a week later, only to be told that
"You filed a dispute at PayPal. You didn't contact us before you did that. Your dispute was fraud. You get what you deserve.

It has been my pleasure to support you,

    The PayLoadz Team

"How can I best help you now?"

If I behaved like this in the office, I would instantly be removed from my job. How can it be fraudulent if no-one has refunded my money. Their site says 30-day money back guarantee. Perhaps their plan is to delay things past the 30 days, so that this will become their reason for not refunding.

Off to copy & paste this to as many places as I can find.

Payloadz owner Shannon just cancelled my account without notice, after I complained a number of times about multiple monthly deductions for digital download services at

    My complaint:
    ‘Hi someone
This is my last try before escalation to whoever is in charge of corporate governance in the US.
Your mob continues to debit dual monthly amounts from my PayPal without authority:
    27 March 2017 – transaction 3R406039X93711134 – $13.80
    02 April 2017 – transaction 4MB47457KH450904X – $19.95
This is what I agreed to in 2012:
    Date: Sat, 4 Feb 2012 17:51:01 -0500
Subject: | Account Upgrade Success | Credit Card
    Dear —,
Thank you for upgrading your account with Unlimited Transaction Limit. Your new Premium account Fee Structure are:
    Flat Monthly Fee
    Per Transaction % fee
    Per Transaction Flat Fee
    $14.95 per month
    4.9% of each transaction
    $0.49 of each transaction’

    Shannon from Payloadz responded:

YOU signed up for an account.
YOU agreed to pay for service.
and YOU can cancel at any time.
If you are being billed it is solely because of YOU. Not us.
Your account is now canceled and closed. Your last monthly payment has been refunded.
It has been my pleasure to support you,

Apparantly multiple monthly deductions for only 1 service is my fault!

PayLoadz should be nominated for customer service fail for April 2017.

    Feel strongly about abusive conduct?
