Paxi review: Haven't received my parcel after waiting 3 weeks

I placed an online order on the 7/04/2022 and opted for paxi courier. I was sent an sms saying I will receive my parcel on 22/04/2022 (a ridiculous amount of time)

Yesterday (21/04/2022) I enquired about my parcel I was told it is in courier on its way to Harrismith.

Today (22/04/2022) when I enquired I was told that the parcel is still in Port Elizibeth and has not yet left for Harrismith!

This is totally unacceptable! We paid for our courier! 3 weeks to wait is ridiculous and then I still get told it has not left the hub!
