I ordered through a web site a dog bed. I decided that I didn't want it. So I contacted the seller to cancel. They were not in a rush to get back to me. As it was I was told it would be 3 to 5 buisness days before I would see it in my account that was july 21. it still hasn't shown up in the account, then I get an email tonight telling me my order will be shipped soon, and they went and deducted another 29.95 out of my account. I have tried calling them, with no luck of a valid phone number. I don't know how to get them to respond to me

Desired outcome: I want them to respond to me and i want all monies that they have pulled from my account

Get onto your bank. Ask for a charge back. Have all the proof of correspondence. You may not get the July money back as there is a certain amount of time to claim. You may need to cancel the card you used also as same happened to me and my bank had to replace my card.

I too am a victim of this company's scam. Ordered a bed for my elderly dog that looked like it would be nice for him in his older age. Never received the bed, but they sure took my money. I wrote to them several times with no response. Now months later, I see another withdrawal from this company. I've notified my bank and they are putting a stop payment on it and cancelling my credit card. Such a hassle, and during the holidays. Hope all of our comments will help even one person to save their money and not get scammed by these people.

Like most of those who have commented, I ordered the dog bed back in July and paid the 29.95 plus shipping costs. The bed never came and I could not get a satisfactory response from the vendor. It was too late for my bank to reverse the payment. Eventually I discovered the the domain name 'PawandPets' in any format was available to buy - they had totally disappeared. Then today, November 11th, 5 months later, a payment for the same amount was debited from my account attributed to 'Neatsy Shopping' and I got a no-reply email thanking me for my payment from non other than 'PawandPets'. I was lucky to spot it quickly enough to have my bank put a stop to the payment and I have cancelled my debit card. I would urge anyone who has dealt with this company going back to July to cancel their debit card as they are holding on to details - obviously since they have tried to get me again five months later. They WILL come after you so don't get complacent just because a long time has past since the first time they ripped you off. They are playing a long-fraud and you need to be mega careful. Cancelling your card is the only way to avoid being robbed.

This company are thieves they took my money and I never got my dog bed and they just recharged me again. They don’t return emails and no number to speak to somebody. Money does not grow on trees. Unprofessional and stole my money not once but twice

Please avoid this company, it is a scam. I ordered a pet bed in July & my account was debited. I have not received the pet bed, they took another payment in August & again in October. I Have tried contacting them & not getting any response. I have had to raise a dispute through my bank but this will take time. I have also had to cancel my bank card so they can't take anymore money.

I was charged in my account for this pet bed at 24.95 on 9/13/2022. Ordered on 8/2022. Cannot get hold of this company by any means. Today in my inbox there is an email stating my credit card was denied. The email is "no reply"

I ordered a bed in July and they took the money off but am still waiting for it. They deducted the money but no bed. August they deducted even more money and still no beds. have tried to contact them on numerous occasions but to no avail. What else can I do .

Same issues as all of you.

I ordered in July 2022 then again in August 2022 not realizing I had already placed an order and didn't receive it. I emailed them to cancel and received a reply that my order is being processed and a tracking number will be provided. They have not canceled either order and I have not received my order. I would not order EVER from them. Just Taking people's money but not sending products.

I also ordered a dog bed from Pawandpet.co on 8/04/22 & billing was on my credit card & paid the next month. I have sent several emails to support@pawandpet.co Received couple responses, as others, that order is still in processing, please be patient, they will follow up, but never tracking #. They even told me in last email, to reach again in 2 weeks which was on 8/29/2022. I made another attempt to email reply & also called phone # on my credit card bill for that company...we shall see. I never had to work this hard to receive a product. Unbelievable !

I ordered a bed in July and never received it...kept saying it will be here. Come to my surprise they deducted another $29.95 form my account with an email thanking me for my order I never placed. The email doesn't even describe the item. I have order# but they deleted all the websites and info! Can not contact them and the email was a nonreply email!

On July 15th I ordered 2 dog beds for $49.95 ($29.95 each). They charged my credit card for $49.90. On August 16th they charged my card for another one for $29.95. I didn't order it so I put in a dispute with my credit card company and it was denied. Now I am out $79.90 and I am angry. If the $29.95 was disputed, there is no sense disputing the $49.95.

I order my dog bed on the 13th of July , and today the date is 15th of September and still no bed,have sent a few msg ,but nothing back.

Have read a lot of complaints from people

who have ordered beds ,and not received it yet. I will take this matter further now , so let's hope we can shut this scam business down

Contact your bank to dispute the transaction and cancel the card. its a fake compnay and doing scams

I have also been scammed, my order was the 13th July. One month later $29.95 went out of my account without my permission. It's apparently for some subscription fee. Had to cancel my debit card and get a totally new one. I am in a group of over 20 people that the same has happened to them on Facebook, Paw and pet.com don't exist, no website now. Bogus emails and fake tracking numbers. I fear that many many people have been stung by these robbing *****. I hope something is done about them. I still have yet to claim my money back from my bank. £50 I am out of pocket 😭

Do not order from them you will not recieve your pet bed i have been waiting since august 4th and they even said they would refund my money and still have not !

if you all didnt get your item, contact your credit card or bank and dispute. I did and got my money same day added back to my acct. I too saw on facebook. Scammers

Same problem here, it was advertised on Facebook for $22.95, charged my card and never received it, now the site is nowhere to be found, looks like a big scam to me and facebook should be held responsible letting these scammers on there, they need to screen these people more, time to sue.

I made an order from this company for a bed for my dog and never received it and no one responded to my contact e-mail. This company is a fraud and I hope no one else orders from them.

Took my money. Over a month and no item. Even sent me a fake FedEx tracking number. Said they refunded my money but never did, then said the item was delayed and being fulfilled. Then a month later they took out a higher payment without my authorization! They use Shopify for their store and the link is wflexun1(.)myshopify(.)com which they hide behind a domain name of their own. All their emails are the same (saying they're behind cos of social media hype, etc) and when I demanded my money back, they say the order is almost ready. DO NOT BUY! Reported to Attorney General and other legal outlets.

I have also ordered a dog bed after emailing numerous times I finally recd an email response telling me We did get an update from our fulfilment center and as our website states, there is a two-week waiting period as we fulfill orders based on priority. Due to the increased social media attention, we have gotten, our products are selling quickly. Therefore, causing a waiting period for the orders to be shipped. If you would like to cancel the order, you will be taken out of your current spot and it will be given to another customer this was the last email recd looks like time to resend or go to the BBB

I received the exact same email verbatim. That was in July or August. It is now November and they have attempted to take money from my account again but I managed to stop the payment on time and cancelled my debit card. These people are professional fraudsters and are in it for the long haul so don't be fooled into thinking you are safe because you haven't been hit by them for a number of months. They still have your details and are biding their time just as they did with me. Cancel your card immediately.

I'm still waiting for a tracking number for my dog bed I ordered in July. It's been 3 weeks. I have contacted them every other day as it takes 24 hours for them to respond. They keep answering with your order is on its way. But won't give me a tracking number. l

Same thing happened to me, eventually your order disappears and so does their web site. I called my credit card company and reported it as fraud and received my money back. Fast forward 2 months later and I get another charge on my credit card as fitness ebooks from P and P. Called my credit card company again and they cancelled the card and are sending me a new one. I suggest you cancel your card also as they will continue to charge you. Good Luck :)
