Paula Young Company orders their products from over seas. I think Japan. Therefore I can not get a refund of $78.00 which I paid. I tried to use wigsline.com to register my complaint about the wrong color. They were not able to help me. I don't know what to do with the items because Paula Young's website did not offer me any help with my return. I want the public to be aware that this company is not forthright .
