Patriot Getaways review: Fecal matter found in cabin

My family and I checked into the Bear Pause Cabin. During our initial look about with the kids, we found fecal matter that was found by the kids in the lower level. I called customer service and they informed me they would get cleaners to come back and clean the mess. I took the kids to the Island amusement park and called back 4 hrs later to check on status of the cleaning. No one could give me an answer about if it had been cleaned and disinfected. I asked for a supervisor and when they could not tell me the status I informed them of my 5 children and pregnant wife that are tired and that we needed to get back to rest. No resolution was made and I asked if I needed to clean it myself. The lady I spoke to said they would reimburse me for cleaning supplies...really as as a customer I should not have to deal with so.ething like this with the amount of money being gpaid as a paying customer. I asked for a GM or someone higher up in the chain to call me... As of now I am waiting on a call...
