Okay finally a place were i can vent! I would like to start off by saying Ashley Stricklin (Shands Patient Transport) isn't the director she's all choked up to be how can you be someones boss and there f*** bubby and be there boss to it don't work like that. Yes, she's having an employees relationship with Brian Newman who once was a transporter and now all of a sudden he's part of management (That's really the WOW factor of Crothall Ia'm very sure they will be very happy to know that at Cooporate but everything is swept under the rug when it comes to that! And Ms. Stricklin Brain isn't what he's all choked up to be cause he's a woman beater he really do put on a good show like he's all cool ###! Oh yeah the flowers he sent you was that a thank you from the night before ? It's my understanding that you get onto ur staff about employee relationships REALLY! WHAT A JOKE! Crothall have been full of ### since they have been at shands! They have fired good emloyees on a ### tip ! I will be so glad when this company leaves shands.
The patient transport department is steady going down hill they hire who ever they want that's why they work for a while then leave !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
How can there be so much hatred for these two? What did Ashley do to any of you to put her on blast like this? I don't know much about her or the truth to this but from what I see she isn't that bad of a person. Ashley has promoted several individuals within the department. From what I see she has been the only person that is interested in helping people achieve their goals and ambitions in life. From what I heard there are two sides to the story and it was told to me that her husband is the one that cheated. Just saying, you never know the truth but assuming and ruining someone's life is just wrong.
As for Brian, I have worked with him for years and I could not believe he would do this to anyone. He doesn't seem like the type to hurt anyone especially try to kill them. This just can't be true. He has always been a good friend and a good person with a kind heart.
As far as all the comments on this site, who knows if the person actually posting the comments is the one guilty? If you can post anything about anyone, who's to say you aren't the guilty one and by posting these comments you are just trying to throw everyone off track. Better yet who's to say that you aren't a crazy ex or an insane girlfriend that is obsessed and trying to ruin Brian or Ashley because you can't move on?

Now Brian has been charged with attempted murder, firing a weapon in a public place and false imprisonment for trying to kill Ashley after he discovered she was cheating on him. Did I forget to mention Ashley was arrested & charged with DUI in August 2013! I'm not sure who is in charge at Crothall but please note: NEW LEADERSHIP NEEDED ASAP! Brian is a liar, cheater, schemer and a master manipulator who never takes responsibility for his actions and now, it has finally caught up with him. Because Brian was f*****g the boss, he was promoted from transporter to dispatcher to supervisor. What is it all worth now? You can't supervise from prison. When you obtain things the incorrect way, it will never last. Note to Brian-If Ashley cheated on her husband with you, what made you think she would never cheat on you? Have you never heard the saying " you can't turn a hoe into a housewife?" Note to Ashley-When you lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas. Instead of worrying about the next dick you can suck, how about you worry about being a better mother to your son and be more cautious about the people you let into his life. Maybe you two deserve each other because you both are crazy as hell, have major issues and need to grow up!

Elizabeth is the director at Bay Medical Center and Ashley is still her boss. They both act proffesional and say they go by the book, but they dont. I asked for a day off and she said no, you have to turn in a request two weeks before, but the next week another employee asked for a day off without 2 weeks notice and she approved it! She does this all the time. She also changes the schedule without asking or telling you and then writes you up for being 1 minute late. If she likes you then you are safe if she doesnt she will do everything in her power to make you quit or fire you. Over 50 people have been fired or quit since she took over. She talks down to everyone and treats them like dirt and no one cares. I have called hr and they always say they will look into it and get back with me but they never do.
Not only is Brian Newman sleeping with his boss, Ashley Strickland, the two are now living together and have been dating for over 15 months. That means, they started dating when he was a transporter and i'm pretty sure she had something to do with his promotion. They are now living as one happy family. Brian, Ashley and Ashley's son. This is wrong and probably against company policy. Someone should not be promoted beacuse they are sleeping with their BOSS! Both, Brian and Ashley, should be FIRED!
