Parkstansted review: Fraud 1

I booked parking for 4 days, when the confirmation arrived the parking arrangements had changed and were not suitable I then cancelled. A full refund was promised. After several emails and a phone call still no refund. I sent a recorded letter but this was delivered to another company who tell me that this address does not excist. When you phone they will not give their address, so I am now at a loss as what to do . The above address is the one on their website. I believe that other customers are having the same problem.
