Beutiful job Paradise! Thank you very much for my beutiful swimming pool. We appreciate your whole staff during the crazy covid 19 times. Our swimming pool is finished and we couldnt be happier.

What a great company to work with, from start to finish. We couldn't be happier. Our pool turned out amazing! We can't wait to show it off to our friends and family once COVID-19 is over! We'll definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in building a pool. Paradise was recommended to us by friends, and we're really glad we chose them! Thanks Paradise for being patient with our dogs and their overly excited behavior during the pool construction haha.

Paradise swimmin pool & spa has NO customer service NO follow ups NO project management. I started my pool project with them over a year ago, and still not complete, their scheduling and project management is worst. It takes almost daily calls and emails with them and still don't get response. When you leave the voicemail they don't even call you back. They are quick to bill you for the project but don't believe in customer satisfaction, quality of work, or on time completeness of the projects. If i had to star all over again, or have to give my recommendation to someone, i suggest stay away from Paradise Swimmin Pool & Spa located at North Lake, Florida.

This review is about Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. So, here's the scoop: 1) The contract was supposed to last for 500 days starting from January 31, 2022. 2) The Town of Jupiter issued a permit with the number [protected]-pool(r) on January 7. The permit was valid for 389 days until January 31, 2022, but it expired. 3) The owner or licensee failed to communicate with the building department and the owner regarding requests. 4) There wasn't enough money in the contract to finish the project. The last payment was made in August . 5) They collected 44K in PPP funds, but that didn't stop them from making excuses. They didn't have any trouble finding subcontractors, getting materials, or fixing failed inspections. The project was almost done in August . They made it seem like they would address all the issues after we chased them for six months, but then they wanted the final payment after teasing us with false promises. It would cost more money than what was owed, and we refused to pay for 100% completion. In the end, they just canceled everything.

We been working with Paradise Pools since July. The diggin' happened in October and they seemed to move fast while gettin' those big chunks of money from us. They weren't claimin' to be busy then. When I asked 'bout gettin' more pavers, the price that our salesman, John, gave us wasn't honored. He also told us that he had recently built a pool in 8 weeks after permittin' (during the pandemic). I reckon that was a lie. Our sales person also sold us on PARADISE bein' a mom and pops company. I have asked many times to have my complaints taken to the owner and he never got back to me. Site manager has probably been out less than a handful of times. He wouldn't know what's goin' on or if anythin' is happenin' if his job depended on it. It probably don't. I get that they subcontract everything but they have a department for schedulin' and the logistics ain't there. You gotta be on top of 'em, if not, they wouldn't know if somethin' was delivered or anyone was out there. On more than one occasion, we had work that was cancelled last minute. My husband and I both lost like 2 days of work 'cause people wouldn't show and they would just change things last minute. No accountability. Their excuse is 'we are busy.' Now that the pool is done- the headache continues. Our pool wasn't started up proper. Person in charge of this kept sayin' he'd come out to add more chemicals and see what the problem is. Said this, Monday- Thursday. The water was never clear and now our pool is stained. They are washin' their hands with this one and sayin' it's on us to add chemicals. Aside from that, we got a leak that we need to wait on their subcontractors for. The plaster ain't smooth and is sprayed on the tiles and in the grout. Cheap finish. No one was there to approve the work of the plaster or anythin' else before the pool was filled. They were aware of the leak on 5/19 and didn't schedule us until 6/1 for someone to go out on 6/11. We had a quote from Fountain Blue Pools. We should've gone with them. Check out their reviews.

I signed a contract with Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. on December 22, to install a pool. I paid a deposit of $4,292.00. The ground was finally broken on July 12, and I paid $11,589.00 for excavation. The gunite installation took place on 7/28, and I paid another $11,589.00. On 11/17, I decided to upgrade the tile, which cost me an additional $2,200.00. However, there are still three more payment installations left before the remaining install services can be completed.

The main issue I have encountered is the slow installation process. It has been taking much longer than expected. Furthermore, the communication from Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. has been poor. They often provide conflicting stories and make excuses, which is quite frustrating. I have also noticed a lack of professionalism in their approach.

Overall, I am disappointed with the experience so far. The slow installation, poor communication, conflicting stories, and unprofessionalism have made this process more challenging than it should be.

Paradise Pools put in my pool and the pavers around it in April . The pavers fell down two times after they were installed, and now they won't fix it. They fell down again, and the company won't repair them because they say the warranty is over, even though it's the same problem as before. They also blamed me for not planting around the area. I asked a general contractor, and they said the pavers weren't installed correctly because there's a slope and no supporting wall.

On February 4th, I entered into a contract with Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. for the total amount of $49,500. They were supposed to install a pool for me, but unfortunately, they didn't properly level the pavers. Whenever it rains, the water ends up flowing onto the patio, causing inconvenience. Additionally, they failed to include a deco drain, which is something a professional pool company should have known and recommended to us. I even made a payment specifically for the deco drain, but it has been a whole month now and I haven't received any communication from them regarding its installation.

Furthermore, two weeks ago, they repaired a fence that they had accidentally broken. However, instead of using concrete to fix it, they used wood, which has resulted in an unstable fence. It's disappointing that the fence is not steady after their repair work.

Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with the services provided by Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. The lack of attention to detail, failure to recommend necessary additions, and subpar repair work on the fence have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

So, like, last year in June, we signed this contract with Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. for a brand spanking new swimming pool. We were all excited and stuff, you know? But man, the wait has been brutal. It's already October , and guess what? Our pool still ain't completed!

We were told by this lady named Jennifer, who was our saleswoman, that it would take like 4-6 months to finish everything. But let me tell ya, that was a bunch of baloney. We've been calling and emailing them, but most of the time, they don't even bother to get back to us. It's like they don't care or something.

Months would pass by, and there would be no progress at all. Can you believe it? And get this, they never even sent a project manager to check on things. Like, seriously? How are we supposed to trust that they're doing their job if no one's even keeping an eye on things?

They keep promising that the work will be done, but then nobody shows up. It's like they're playing games with us or something. All we want is our simple pool, man. We've been waiting for almost 11 months now, and it's getting ridiculous.

So yeah, Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc., you guys seriously need to get your act together. Finish our pool already!

My travertine pool deck was installed in the beginning of March 2022. Within the first month, we noticed a pool leak around the pool light. This caused the tiles around the deep end bench and the light to become loose and uneven. They came out once to fix it, but didn't understand the issue. Shortly after they left, the problem started again. I have been reaching out since the beginning of June (March 2022) about several loose pavers that pose a tripping hazard. There are also sharp edges on the inside corners of the pool. I would like this problem to be solved, considering the fact that I just spent over *** on our pool. However, my concern keeps getting ignored and overlooked.

We had a terrible experience with Paradise pools. It was a real nightmare. We signed the contract on May 5, *** 2021. It's now June 27, 2022. We just had pavers donefailed that inspection. We failed every inspection - survey, compacting, termite, pavers. All of these caused additional weeks of delay. Workers often left their trash behind, and we had piles of broken pavers in our front yard for two weeks. The grass underneath them is now dead. We don't have any contact information for the project manager. We email the head office every day. It's so disappointing because these delays have set us back, and we don't see anyone working for 1-2 weeks. It's better to find a different company. You'll thank us later.

The company ain't so good at talkin' to us customers, ya know? Back in Feb 2021, we chatted with Jen, the owner's daughter. She gave us a quote and said they'd start diggin' by May , and it'd be done in 6 or 7 months (October ). But then, like, two months ago when we were pickin' out tile and coping, they said it'd take another 2 or 3 months (November ). And now, today, my fence guy called and said my permits are expirin' along with my screen permit. Both of 'em said they've never seen a pool take this dang long. They still gotta do the coping, tile, marcite, decking, and equipment. So now they're sayin' it'll be at least 2 more months, maybe even 3. They don't seem to care much 'bout your concerns, ya know? The folks in the office just say sorry and promise a call from the scheduler, but that call never comes, unfortunately. And them subcontractors, they leave their trash and empty drink containers in your yard, like they got no respect for your property. They don't mind messin' stuff up either, and then they tell ya they ain't responsible for any extra damage, whether it's on purpose or not.

Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. is putting in a pool at my place, but there's a problem. Back in June 2022, when they installed the tile and finish coping, I told them that the pool height was higher than the lanai floor height, which is only 2 feet away. I said that if they didn't do something about it, water would flow into the lanai. They sent an employee to check it out, and the employee confirmed our concerns. But Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. said they would give us the drainage material, but we had to find someone else to install it. That didn't sit well with us because we didn't want to pay another company to fix their mistake. We tried to work things out with Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc., but they've been resistant. The pool is almost done, and we only owe them a little over $2,000. We haven't paid them yet, and we even offered to give them half of what we owe if they would just finish the pool. But they didn't agree to that because they won't give us anything in writing to guarantee that they'll fix the problem they caused. We're hoping that maybe you can talk some sense into them and help us find a fair solution.

I got a big problem with Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. I paid them almost $60000 for a pool, but now whenever it rains, water gets inside my house. They hired some pavers to do the job, but those pavers didn't do it right. The owner of the pavers company even told Paradise Pool that it couldn't be done like that, but Paradise Pool's supervisor, *** (I don't even know who that is), said to go ahead anyway. The pavers are all messed up, not level at all, with big gaps between them. They slope down towards my house instead of towards the pool, which is why the water is getting in. We also paid for a rain arch, but they didn't put it in properly. They had to break into the pavers and the side of the pool to install it, leaving a big mess behind. And now, whenever we call their office, they just hang up on us. They don't want to help at all, even though they have all our money. They even broke my neighbor's fence, and now my neighbor wants me to fix it. I'm so fed up with this. I'm thinking of calling another pool company to fix their mess, and Paradise Pool will have to pay for it. It's been 2 years, and I'm tired. I just want my pool done right.

I don't know where to begin with my complaints against Paradise. First off, I paid a deposit for my pool in April. A month later, the sales rep called me and said they needed to do a lid count that he had forgotten to do previously. When he came by, he told me that I would now need to do a full upgrade to my electrical, but it wouldn't cost much. After getting 5 quotes, it came out to $3,600. They finally started digging in November and told me they need 7 feet of clearance to excavate. They had 7.5 feet, but their excavation crew took it upon themselves to snap my aluminum fence outwards into my neighbor's yard 90 degrees, ruining that section. The backfill crew, 4 months later, then pushed the dirt so hard against my fence that it then separates in the back and completely fell down. No remorse given. I was told it's all part of the construction project, it happens. The backfill crew also hit my house, which I was promised would be taken care of, but that didn't happen. 7 pallets of pavers were left in my yard for 8. HOA fined us. I requested a call from the owner on multiple occasions, with no call back. The real kicker is that we paid for upgraded mosaic glass tiles. Our contract clearly states on line 10 that white grout would be used, they used *** and it looks horrible. Requested a total of 10 times for the owner to call me, once again never happened. I requested a credit for their negligence and was told by *** that no one wants to eat that cost. Now my pool has been completed for a month. Drain covers were never installed in my hot tub and a child's foot got caught and sprained their ankle. This company is a fraud that will lie to you, not communicate with you, and frankly won't honor their contract. The owner hides behind his project manager and is there just to collect a check. All I ever wanted is a call, but now we will seek legal action to have items fixed that they had no intent to ever fix.

This place called Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc. has been a real pain in the neck for me. They hired some subcontractors who have been careless and caused a lot of damage to my yard and fence. These subcontractors don't even clean up after themselves and leave their stuff lying around for months. They've messed up my trees and shrubs too, even though they weren't even working on them. They have no respect for my property at all. They just barge into my back porch and use my water and electricity without even asking. And to top it off, they never let me know when they're coming. I've tried so many times to talk to the owner, ***, but she never seems to know anything about my concerns. She just brushes it off and blames it on COVID. She's more interested in making sure I'm happy with the pool than taking responsibility for her staff's mistakes. I've been dealing with their reckless behavior for months now, and it's been a nightmare. I've told *** over and over again that I don't want to pay for the damages caused by her staff, but she won't agree to it. She's ignored me and told me to deal with it because it's a worksite. But the damages go beyond the worksite and I'll have to pay for them. I've talked to everyone in the office about this, even the supervisor and the cleanup crew, but no one cares. No one holds the staff accountable. *** only cares about the end result of the pool and doesn't care about the costs I'll have to bear. I've had enough of this and I'm asking the ComplaintsBoard.com to step in and investigate. They need to hold Paradise Pools accountable and protect consumers like me.
