January 31, 2022, We had a salesman, Bojan, come to our house for a 3 hour presentation on why we should purchase Paradise Windows for our home. After his presentation and assuring us a delivery date of mid May for the installation, we agreed to the terms and wrote a deposit check for 6 windows. March 28,2022, we received a call from Brenda indicating our ETA on our windows would be Aug, 31, 2022. That is 3 months past the time indicated by the sales person, Bo.
After several attempts to reach the VP of operations, Carlos Brazil, and several voice messages later, we were told in no terms would we receive our deposit back or renegotiate the terms of the contract.
We agreed to terms of the "contract" expecting the windows to be delivered close to the said date by the sales person, not 90 days after the agreed upon date. This contract was for SIX windows to be installed.
