Paparazzi LLC review: Complaint

When I joined as a consultant to sell their products, I was informed and told their jewelry was nickel and lead free. That was the main reason I wanted to join. I joined in February 2021, my consultant number was 448040. Being nickel and lead free was posted on their website, in their welcome packets and everything. (Which I have photos of) In November/December I came across a video of testing being done on some of their jewelry where metals were showing up as positive. I immediately stopped selling and sent in my resignation letter to paparazzi asking for a refund on false advertising. I had spent over 12, 000 in purchases and definitely had not made that much back from selling. They refused the refund but did cancel me as a consultant. I have since contacted my bank and I have pending credits but only back 90 days, so like 600.00. We do have certified testing results that show not only is this jewelry have nickel and lead, it also is full of cadmium, and arsenic along with other toxic metals. Since the results have come back Paparazzi has now taken off their website that their products are nickel and lead free. (I have screenshots). They have many many consultants selling this stuff under the impression that it is nickel and lead free when it is not. I have thousands of pieces, now in zip lock bags and boxed up with no way of getting any of my money back from this scamming company. I sure hope something is done. I have images and tried to upload but says the file is too big.
