This is about Pan Global Technologies that I am dealing with at this time. The company has had 2 different names over the time I have been receiving services. It is PGT now so that is whom I am complaining about. In Apr 2019, my computer locked up and I contacted a company called Binary Soft LLC in PA to help and paid for a year of protection. In Jul 2020, I was contacted by Kevin Peterson saying my computer was being hacked and I needed protection. I wrote an e check for a tech fee along with a 5 YEAR IP Security Firewall Protection plan for a total of $1049.99 to INTASK SOLUTIONS INC in FL. What happened to Binary Soft LLC? I RECEIVED NO WRITTEN OR VERBAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT! I never agreed to any terms or additional fees because I was never told of any! 2 months later, Aug 2020, Kevin called and said I needed increased protection; I wrote another e check to INTASK for $799.99 for I believe 3 years..I neglected to write that down. 3 months later, Nov 2020, Kevin called, after I returned from being on vacation, asking where I had been because I was using my computer other places than home. He said I needed additional coverage for taking my computer elsewhere so I wrote still another e check, this time to IN TASK for $1299.99 for Level 7 VPN Advance Network Firewall security. I believe it was for 2 years because I was running out of savings to cover all of this! One month later, Kevin says my new Fire Tablet is not covered and I wrote another e check for $499.99 for 2 years of protection to now Pan Global Technologies LLC in CA. What happened to IN TASK SOLUTIONS INC? Again no information, verbal or written, as to company name changes or a written contract with fees or terms of agreement. I PAID THESE COMPANIES ALMOST $4,000! 22 months later, 9/2022, I received a call from Adam from Pan Global Technologies LLC saying they wanted me to pay $6800 to continue services. His accent was VERY difficult to understand; I could understand VERY LITTLE of what he said. I spoke with brothers, Martin and Richard Parker and, again, found it almost impossible to understand much of what they said. What I THINK I understood was from conversation with both Adam and Richard is that they had given me services since April 2022 and I owed them $2500. On 9/13/2022, in a transaction over the phone, I paid with another e check to Pan Global for the $2500 and made it clear, I CLEARLY AND EMPHATICALLY STATED that I want to STOP all services from that point on. I finally figured out they were saying I had to pay a $1500 fee to do that! I told both of them that I had no more money and was never told in writing, nor verbally, of any such fee; had I known, I would NEVER have agreed to anything like that! I am a senior adult with a very limited income and I have given them much of my savings and I WILL NOT PAY A $1500 FEE I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT! I don't think I even owed them $2500 for computer protection, but I paid that and will not pay anything more! No written or verbal agreement is very unethical! They call me daily and the only things I can understand because of the accent is that it will cost me $6800 to continue services that I told them I don't want! I consider this harassment and refuse to answer or call them back anymore.

Desired outcome: Stop calling. Stop requesting any payment for stopping services or any other services. Email me a receipt that states that I have stopped services and owe nothing more!
