These people said I subscribe to their website which I don't even knew about them until they deducted money off my account I did not even get a mail saying I subscribe to them. They took $17 off my account and another a amount. This is allot off money for me cause I am in South Africa. They refuse to refund my money. They keep on saying I must use the credits that was given for me but I am not interested in there products. Why will I buy this if I can get all these things in SA. This is very frustrating and making a person very upset. All I want is my money back!
I dont even have a pet. They said I subscribe to them. They deduct 3 x payments from bank account. Dont know them. Im also in South Africa. This is fraud
They also did this to me and still haven't paid my money back
I.woke up this morning only to find out that an amount of 331.00 was declined from my back for pamperpets I do not know what that is as I am from South Africa and do notnhave these products or dogs or whatever can someone please stop who ever these people are that is trying to rob us from our money and where on earth do they get our details from
The exact same thing just happened to me 15 minutes ago. I am South African as well, have never heard of them before and i am scared that they will continue deducting money off my account.
How did you get them to stop the deductions?
