I had our 2023 Ram Promaster 3500 dropped off at Palmen since they are a Chrysler dealer - and would be covered under warranty. The Power steering went out and they had to replace the Power steering rack, Harness and jumper harness. The Jumper Harness was not in stock and could not find it anywhere. I suggested to get it for them and they said it would not be covered under warranty. I suggested they take it off another vehicle and they would not do that. It has been since 2-14-2025 when I dropped it off. I am still waiting. This is a work vehicle and can not use it. I am very upset!

Desired outcome: Need it fixed and reimbursed for work lost due to it coming up on 3 weeks- nothing even offered to me for the inconvenience!
