PIA also known as pakistani International Airlines have been messing me and my family around for quite some time with a constant rescheduling of flights at the last minute with little or no prior warning before hand. My ticket back to the UK was originally booked for the 21st of August but was rescheduled by PIA to the 12th of September. As this was past the last day of enrollment for my college I had to send constant emails and go into the head booking office myself to get this rescheduled to the 2nd of September so that I would be able to enrol in college o time. On the 21st of August 2022 the flight was set to depart on the 8 AM of that day and me and my family had passed security and were ready to board at 6:45 however were not allowed to check in our luggage and were not given any information on what was happening or why they were preventing us from boarding the flight. The service I received from the boarding desk was absolutely inhumane and the way that PIA treats their foreigners was highlighted when about 20 of us were left stranded in an airport in a foreign country with no further support or explanation apart from saying that their are no seats available despite us having prebooked these seats in advance. To make matters worse after we arrived in the office for PIA despite being told we would be able to reschedule at the PIA information desk in the airport we were told there were no further seats available for the week and that we would incur charges as the boarding desk people had written No show on our ticket despite us having arrived within the time regulations of the company which is checking in at a minimum of 1 hour before departure and we were at the boarding desk at 6:45
