Dr Nicholas Elkins. Did a procedure without knowing what was wrong with me. He injected me with needles in my back, not knowing I had a fracture. Caused me to go to the emergency room. Did not contact my surgeon prior, he had a friend in the room during the procedure who was not a dr, or even employed by his office. He sent a narrative to my primary saying I was asking for pain pills. When I walked in his office. My wife showed him my script of pain meds... We had plenty. And we said the pain is so bad these pills are not working, asking him to please read my exrays, ct, mri he said he did and could not find anything wrong with my back fact is I have a fracture that he missed. I was in bed for 9 days after his pain treatment. 10-22-21-
