This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Upon the tech arriving he had no clue of the initial service requested. After explaining the service requested I left the Tech alone to proceed. The Tech didn't explain anything about the service or any issues noticed. I did ask and it was like pulling teeth. After all was completed I noticed nothing visibly appeared to be done other than triangular lines on my carpet. In addition after the carpet dried I noticed a dirty sock/mold smell coming from my staircase. After letting the carpet dry I went back to smell and noticed a strong order coming from the carpet on my staircase. I've notified Oxi Fresh of my dissatisfaction with their service. Oxi Fresh did initially offer someone to come out (same tech) which I refused. A couple of days later I called Oxi Fresh to see if they could send a different tech out to observe my complaint. They initially told me no. Then upon explaining my issue to the Customer Service Rep. she informed me that my complaint "didn't matter" in addition to what I was describing "didn't matter". Then in a condensing tone she told me, Sir I don't care what smell is in your house it is probably from your dogs".

I followed up by explaining to her that my dog doesn't lay on the staircase.

She then stated, "whatever, I don't care". The issue is that she spoke to me in a condescending tone as was very sarcastic and disrespectful. After telling her the issue did matter to me, she responded well it doesn't matter to her. I began to explain how should I not care about a bad service and then she hung up on me. My experience with Oxi Fresh has been a nightmare (worst customer service) I have ever experienced.

Desired outcome: Oxi Fresh to send the Franchise owner to my home for observation + an apology for the Customer Service Reps. unprofessionalism.
