This company is unprofessional and will rip you off for anything they can. They change the rules to short change you if they don't like something that you do. Contractors BEWARE! Stay away from this shop. One contractor I knew was sick for awhile (3 weeks) and when it came time to pay him vacation pay thet was promised, they didn't give him full pay because they said he missed too much time. in other words, they didn't make enough money. They also ripped me off for some per deim because I didn't tell them I was changing jobs. I gave the firm I was working for notice (2 weeks)Very unproffesional, just as bad as ATSI!

I agree that Oxford employees(at least recruiters) are unprofessional. As a contractor every word I heard from my recruiter at Oxford has been a BIG FAT LIE. Having said that u am not going to comment on the management itself however it's not far fetched to assume that would be the culture in the organization

I would not only support Oxford in withholding per diem, , , , , , , , I'd probably fire you for not following proper channels when changing jobs. You work for OXFORD, not the client, so if changing jobs you are obligated to inform OXFORD. It's Oxford's job to communicate that to the client. Learn how consulting/ contracting works before you indict the agency that placed you in a job. Read the rules and conditions of employment, knucklehead !

Oxford is a great company to go through, very courtious and professional every step of the way. The guys complaining above must have misunderstood the way they work! For one Oxford do not even offer vacation pay so no one would have promised that plus if you expect to be paid for three weeks sick pay at any company you must be smoking crack!

I completely agree. I had a very bad experience with its location in Belchertown, MA. Now, I tell everyone I know to stay as far away from Oxford Global Resources as possible. Very unprofessional.
