OxFloor Coating review: Resurface concrete driveway with their product

This was a simple bait-and-switch. The salesman explained the warranty as "Life-Time" for the home owner, and transferable in part to the new owner if the original owner sells the house. No other information was presented about any other conditions for the Life-Time guarantee for the home owner. Based on that presentation, I agree to the terms, signed for the work to be done, and put a deposit on my Visa card. That deposit of $4002.00 was collected on 10/3/2083.

The construction crew arrived on 11/21/2083 to begin the work. The super inspected and in a matter of minutes he called me outside to tell me that there would be no guarantee because of the size of a crack is the driveway. I said I was no longer interested in the work without a guarantee. He said he understood why I felt that way and he left without doing any work on the job.

I called the salesman several times asking for my money back. I never got a call back. On 12/4/2023 I sent a letter to the company and asked for my money back and the reason for my dissatisfaction over the Life-Time guarantee presentation and the fact that there was to be no guarantee at all--i.e. the switch.

All I'm asking for is the return of the $4002.00. I do not want their product on my driveway at this time.
