I was promised when I signed the contract 6/7/22 with Owners Financial Services on 6/7/22 that they would sent a Legal Separation document to Diamond Resorts and Virginia Beach county records office which was promised to effectively cancel our contract and payments with Diamond Resorts.
In checking with both the Va Beach records office and Diamond Resorts, neither received anything from Owners Financial Services.

Desired outcome: We request a refund of the monies paid and cancellation of the contract immediately.
Beth, did you get your refund?
We paid them in April of 2025 to exit our Timeshare and as of today noting has been done and we continue to get bills from the Timeshare company. Owners Financial Services will not send us any documentation to prove they have done what they claim. They are basically ghosting us.
